Q-BASIC

The Q-BASIC is an electron beam welded, shunt-based current sensor that offers simple functionality and high power handling in a compact form factor. With its seamless integration into your systems, the Q-BASIC requires no additional soldering effort, making current and temperature monitoring effortless.

  • Analog signal output

  • Automotive connector (optional support of CPA)

  • AEC-Q200 qualified NTC with 10kOhm @ 25°C ±1 %

  • Low thermal EMF of < 2,4 µV/K

  • Redundant signal pairs for current measurement

  • Nickel-tinned contact material for optimal corrosion protection

  • Available in different sizes and with resistance values from 25 to 100 µΩ - individual customization possible on request

This innovative design supports ASIL-D and provides an unparalleled level

high-precision current measurement based on ASIL-B. It communicates with the battery management system via CAN bus to determine the State of Charge (SOC) and enables highly integrated measurements in automotive and storage systems at a competitive price point.
